We were in a huge rush to organise a building inspection on a house we wanted to buy, and very late in the day, literally, I rang their 1300 number, and Mike picked up and spoke to me so knowledgeably and informatively, that I engaged them on the spot. My initial call was picked up on a public holiday and i was given some excellent advice by someone who seemed to be very knowledgeable. The inspector arrived at the scheduled time and provided a very thorough report immediately following the inspection. He picked up many things that I would not have noticed, some minor but mostly significant. I felt the price was high and a cheaper contractor could have been found but I may not have had the same confidence. I am very impressed with the service of this company. I made contact and a building inspector was here in 24hrs, he arrived on time and was very thorough and precise. He found the problem that was causing my plaster to crack (we had 3 inspections from other companies prior and they could not find anything.) The problem is the box guttering, due to shoddy workmanship from the builders. I received the report that same evening. I would highly recommend Only problem now is finding a roofing plumber, which is proving hard.

Excellent service. On time and professional at short notice. Identified a lot of hidden and covered up serious problems which would have landed us in a money pit and were not seen by the inexperienced eye..... so glad we invested in this service and will do again when we find another property. Very detailed report with photos to prove damage. Cost of repairs $200k plus just to start with and recommended that would need structural engineer for slab problems. Honest enough to limit where their expertise lays. We are now cancelling contract of sale as not worth a money pit. Real estate agent was so angry that we employed building masters as they are too detailed and was happy to get someone to give us a 'favourable' report!!! Back to house hunting.
